How do I set the clock? null

Tap one time on button under 9. Then type in and hit start. Don’t hold Down 3 Seconds. That’s another function.

Push the clock button once, then press the numbers of the time you want ( ex: 845 for 8:45) and your done. Holding the clock button for 3 seconds is for programming cooking times.
