“I'm seeing some bad reviews regarding the range top looking damaged or like it is melting after a short period of time. Can Samsung explain if this is just a flaw in some of the ranges or is this happening a lot? Thank you”

Not at all. I love this range. There has been no issue with mine and it’s used between 2-4 hrs daily excuse the mess, I haven’t polished it today. You have to really know how to take care of glass stove tops to maintain them. these folks probably “think”it’s messed up
