I have spilt water and it looks burnt but comes off easily when the oven cools down. I use a glass cook too cleaner on it only because it works amazingly and don’t have to scrub. I didn’t purchase special pots or pans and haven’t had any issues with scratches yet. We have both cast iron and regular pots and pans and have had no issues. I love this oven.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'd recommend. WEIMAN GLASS COOK TOP CLEANER. My old glass top was scratched and knicked by previous owners. To keep this one pristine:: wipe top with water/vinegar mix. Dry with paper towel. Spread small amt. of Weiman on top and lightly scrub with paper towel .. Wipe off glazed cleaner with another paper towel. THEN polish with dry microfiber cloth until streaks disappear, WHEW!! Oh, if there are any small bits of cooked on food, use a gentle touch of single edge razor blade to remove when cleaner is on the stove. This takes a good 5 min, but you'll get the results you want. A real pain in the b--- but I had no choice if what to purchase at the time
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm happy to help with this, kittycat123! First, I have this link (https://bit.ly/2Z7EkXJ) that has everything you need to know about cleaning the cooktop. Only induction cooktops require specific types of cookware, so this model can use any stove safe cookware.
