QuestionJust bought the stove and today a partial white ring appeared after using a burner for cooking, the stove top was clean and pans are acceptable for the stovetops recommend cookware. Why did this happen, how can we remove it and is this common?

QuestionHow can the griddle be used securely? When I made cheese grills, the griddle slid a cross the stove top. I constantly had to reposition it over the burners.

- Answer I thought I was missing something because the griddle didnt have anything to hold it in place--and the cooktopsurface is slippery! I can't imagine how it could be useful if it slides all over. Has anyone found a solution? I was really excited about this feature!

QuestionHow does the griddle on the stovetop work? Can they be used as two separate burners and are they similar to the rapid boil burner or are they more for warming?

- Answer The burners can be used individually or together when you have the griddle on. The rapid boil is on the right side. This is where you would have a large pot or skillet. When I used the burners with the griddle, it took just a few minutes to heat up and they were ready to use. There is a warmer that is in the middle of the stove.

- Answer 21" x 29.5" The 21 dimension is front to back. There is a "lip" that is about 3/8 inches high around the edges all the way around so you do not want to exceed either diminsion or the cover will be sitting on that ridge around the cooktop.

- Answer There is a lever on the handle. If you push that just the top part of the door opens. If you don't, the entire door opens.

QuestionIf cooking only in upper oven - how hot does lower oven get? If cooking at 400 in lower oven can you cook in upper at 250?

- Answer There is a large heavy porcelain plate that separates the ovens and each oven has it's own temp probe extending into the oven a few inches. You won't need to worry about top oven getting too hot from the bottom at the temperatures you mentioned. The top oven does have a vent control with a screen if you look up and to the left.
