“can't get the HBO Go app to play. I was able to activate my HBO Go account. All the content has loaded. However when I try to play something, looks like it is going to play but then an error message says "we're sorry video cannot be played at this time"”

I usually get this when my internet connection is too slow. Try moving your wireless router closer to the TV. You could also try a wi-fi range extender.
