Yes, but you have to purchase a separate converter/inverter that can be changed from 110 volts to 220 volts, OR 220 volts to 110 volts. I use mine for a product that requires 220 volts, & plug it into a regular home outlet 110 volts to get 220 volts with no issues. The product I use the converter/inverter for, is from England - 220 volts.
