• This is a VA panel. 120hz native refresh. Manufactured by Sharp. 8 bit panel with dithering to feature 10 bit color. It is a good panel, and would recommend to those looking for something in this size range.

• I don't know what ISP is ...The tv is set up in a work out room so the angle is great as I have a bike, treadmill and elliptical set up and after workouts sit on chair that is outside that range and NO problems seeing clearly.
