The TV we purchased has a great screen. It is better than we expected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Emily - if there is a protective film on your screen, it will be indicated with a large blue triangle in the upper left corner. The triangle will have an illustration showing how to remove the protective film. If you do not have a blue triangle in the upper left corner, then that means there is no protective film on the screen, so please do not try to peel off anything. You will damage what is actually the screen. ^Gina
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If there's is a film on there, it's on really well. I also feel that my picture can be better and looked into the film being a possibility. Since the set is new and not what I consider cheap, I didn't want to damage the screen so I didn't really dig in. Sounds like you're in the same quagmire as I. Bottom-line, can't tell ! .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it doesn't. we thought so too but realized that you really have spend a lot and I mean a lot of time playing with picture settings and it will change between devices you are using or streaming services. We almost took it back at first but then watched some YouTube videos on the picture setting to help us figure it out.
