the manual is extremely limited. You can get all the information on the internet. The legs are not adjustable. If one leg sits higher than the other the TV will sit at a slant.

The 60" Q60A TV legs are height adjustable between 2 positions (32.1" with 1.5" of clearance, or 33.1" with 2.5" of clearance); this will allow you to adjust each leg in each of these positions. ^Gina
