• You might have the legs connected backwards. I did that the first time I set it up.

• The legs are labelled left and right. Make sure those are correctly positioned - legs should extend to the outer edge of the TV, not the middle. Also, there is a notch when attaching the legs. Ensure the legs slide into that so that it is flat against the back of the TV. If not, the TV will be at a slight angle leaning forward. Quick tell is if the upper screw does not connect properly and seems loose - meaning it is not flush against the back of the TV to get a proper connection.
