• Just FYI, when I showed up to pick up my TV, I was told it could not be laid down in the back of my suv- it had to be positioned upright. This was their policy now. It wasn't even positioned upright in the store. So if you plan on hauling it off lying down in a vehicle, be prepared to carry it out of the store yourself to load up, not with the help of an associate. I ended up having to wait 4 extra days for delivery and those guys were flinging the thing around so I don't understand, but okay.
