The only other panel I know of for the 65" is IH02 and that is the panel that i have and I have no issues with it. The colors and the contrast are fantastic and the off center viewing does not cause a washed out image
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The panel code, or Version No. as Samsung describes it, is located in multiple places, depending on where you are in the purchasing experience. The panel code is printed on the TV box itself, usually on one of the skinny end panels. On the physical TV, the Version No. is on a gray rectangle, usually toward the left as you're looking at the back of the TV. It will be quite hard to miss, as it will have the all the same information, such as serial number, etc. that the box had. Regardless of where you buy, if you buy new-in-box, make sure the Version number on the box and the TV match once you get things open. It's rare, but there are mismatches that occur.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On the physical TV, the panel code is located on the back of the set, toward the upper left corner as I recall. It'll be pretty obvious, as it'll have the SAMSUNG printed boldly, and then have the Version Number and etc. Don't get stuck on a TH-01, it's late enough in the year that TH-02s could be running around. Still a Samsung panel, second production run.
