“What are the best calibration settings for normal tv and then for blu ray?”

Found a great website, AVSforum, that has some techy people who have provided some different calibration settings. I'm using one right now. Incredible difference from how it was out of the box. Those members have some high tech equipment to calibrate, so I suppose they know what they're doing.
