“Was in hhgregg and the person that works there showed me a flaw on Samsung ks8000 he called it bleeding, on top of the screen you can see what looks like it's burnt into the screen, anyone have this problem And if so will they fix it. After the warranty.”

Hi Bob, the HHGREGG person clearly did not know what he was talking about. This LED or LED's in general do not suffer from "Burn In", like plasma's did. As a matter of fact, Samsung guarantee's Zero Burn In for the life of this TV and it's in writing. Furthermore, yes, this TV like any other LED (Sony, Vizio, LG/non-OLED, Panosonic.. all of them) have some sort of light bleeding. It's an LED/LCD fact of life and it really isn't all that bad. If it concerns you, then OLED is the only TV that does not suffer from this but they're double the price of LED, sometimes triple. Buy this TV and try it out, I was considered about this as well after reading this here and there but I bought it and I do not regret it at all.
