“The voice command feature quit working after one day. Replaced remote batteries. No change. When you speak into the remote the symbols come up (like it's waiting for you to talk) but nothing happens. Remote problem or tv problem?”

• Go into settings turn back on The Voice Search

• If you don't have a decent network connection, the voice commands will not work. The set must have a good internet connection.
