i have the same issues from time to time.. Or Ill have a picture but no sound.. I just cut tv off and back on and problem is solve.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is the source powered on when you turn the tv back on? The tv will automatically go to the last used source. If that source is turned off, you will not get a picture but a message telling you to check the sources power. Other than that, not sure. I would be calling Samsung. Mine is a month old and have had no problems. Goodluck.
