“I am installing the Direct TV Genie 4K system. They told me to make sure the new TV was Direct TV ready. Does this Set meet the requirement? Thanks”

• The TV is ready for DTV, the only problem is you have to ask for the 4K channels subscription which requires a premier or ultimate package from them and the genie. Netflix also has a 4K subscription for about $13 per month FYI.

• This model recognizes DirecTv; however, I am not familiar with Genie 4k.
