• You can connect a DVD or blu ray player with one of the TV's HDMI inputs if the player supports HDMI connectivity.

• Yes. There are slots for four HDMI input devices on the one-connect box. I use one for the cable and one for my blu-ray player.

• You can connect any device that uses an HDMI cable. No composite or component cables work with this unit.
