- Answer The black is really good (the same to the other colors). You can adjust the light of TV to you environment of content. I tried the automatic set up and does not worked perfectly. But it is easy to adjust with the remote control

QuestionI purchased the Samsung 65' #UN65KS8000F about 3 weeks ago. Ive had continuous problems with the audio going off for about 5 seconds and then the TV actually shuts off for about 10 seconds also when on an app. it knocks me back to reg. TV.... Whats up???

QuestionI was wondering I plan on buying this when I get back to the states as well as the Bose sound touch 300 and the accoustimass 300 and the PS4 PRO. I hear that they have a box to hook the stuff up with what would be the best output for the sound bar and PS4

- Answer The media box has a proprietary cable (comes with TV) that hooks up between the TV and media box. It has HDMI 2.0 (4k content), HDMI (ARC - you can use this to adjust volume of your soundbar/sytem with your TV remote with this port) and optical audio ports you can use to hook up your sound system and PS4. Make sure you buy the HDMI 2.0 for 4K capability.

QuestionNew ks8000 owner, My bose Cinemate 1 surround sound needed a digital optical adaptor to make work. My Blu-ray player needed settings adjust to work; static. Why do I only get static through c'mate when I try to view netflix or YouTube on TV via wifi?

- Answer You will only get true 4k from 4k broadcasts and discs. DirectTV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime offer 4k broadcasts.

QuestionHas anyone had problems with the OneConnect that comes with the television? Whether it's the Apple TV or Xbox1, something always wants to take control of the television and then I can't seem to get the others to work without a hard reset (pull out cord)
