Not yet. Samsung is at the mercy of app developers to create apps that will run on the Samsung platform. They host the apps but don't write them. As of now, Sling doesn't have an app for the Samsung smart TV platform - meaning Sling isn't available on any Samsung TV. You will need to pressure Sling to port their app to Samsung.

I am not sure. I would say yes, but you might want to ask a Best Buy employee to be sure.
