You need a tv that gets very bright or some serious sunshades. Not a very easy question to answer. do not get lulled into the "HDR" answer. You probably need to come up with an inventive answer to your sunlight problem, then buy a quality TV afterwards. I'm with you, the late October onwards sun poses problems to my south facing windows. I have shades. some with sun blockers. If you can, install 90% shade blockers. If you can't, install sun-blocking shades. If money is no issue, this is a silly q, isn't it?
