“Why can't I get the free home delivery? Why can't I get free home delivery.? The option is available for checkout but then there's always an error message and you have to choose a store for pickup. After choosing several stores I had to choose one 45 miles away. Then I get an email stating it's on back order.”

• We had the same problem here. We were told that they just don't deliver everywhere!
