• AMENDMENT! When I measured the Height I forgot to include the stand...Duh, I know....The Height w/ stand is just over 35.5". Sorry. Still will work for you but still be aware of the depth of your space.

• Yes it will. Keeping in mind that the picture is measured diagonally. I took a quick measure of mine 56.5" w & roughly 32.5" H. I will say measure your depth though. It takes up more depth because of the curve.
