“Why is it when streaming some 4K content on Netflix like for example the show Narcos in low light scenes the picture looks kind of grainy? Is this a setting that I can adjust ? I leave it on Dynamic mode. Any suggestions ? Is the TV defective??”

check your internet bandwidth requirements, you may be below the minimum ...I can see some grain when I press play for the first time on a title but it goes away as the buffer gets replenished.
