As many times as it drops within the 15 day period The exception being during the holidays where you have until the 15th of Jan.

After that you have to go to the store during the sale and can use the receipt less than 30 days over the holidays, and do a virtual exchange. Customer service will do a refund and recharge at the sale price. You don't have to take the TV with you. except for black Friday. You can not exchange for black Friday prices.
