It will natively handle up to true 120 fps (although most of your stream feeds [cable, SAT, and other streams] are only 60 fps, but the unit is capable of synthesizing 240 fps..

120 Hertz is the actual Motion Rate--upscaled to 240. We've not experienced any motion blur.
