Mine does not do that. I would not consider that normal by any means. I would contact Samsung tech support.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know this is going to sound silly but when the TV is off and you see the line, do you have any lights on in the room or direct light from window. I had a ceiling light on across the room and saw a line in the TV, was wondering what the line was and it was a reflection due to curve coming from overhead light. Then read up on and it even states that light sources in room can be reflected. This TV is amazing the clarity watch Football or Movies is incredible.
