Yes it is a very basic remote. I only use this remote to access the TV settings function, and use my cable box remote for everything else. I have no idea why they told you that it connected via Bluetooth, because it does not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the 8000. Don’t know about Bluetooth. I have Spectrum and have to use the Spectrum remote to change channels and the Samsung remote to increase or lower sound. Ask the Geek Squad - they are great!
