- Answer Hi there, the TU6950 doesn't have the universal guide while the TU6980 does not have cable management clips and has less artwork on the box. The 7 series has all these features and more. Great question! ^Scott.

QuestionWill this tv fit on a 12" deep self? It looked like the stand was 11.1" deep but wanted to confirm.

QuestionWhy did my wifi keep disconnecting even though everything else in my house connects fine. I cannot go to settings to reconnect, I have to manually unplug per source from back to TV to have it reconnect

QuestionHow do I remove the legs after it is mounted?

- Answer Hello, the legs on the Samsung - 65" Class 8 Series snap into the TV. To remove, wrap your hand around the legs with light pressure and they will slide out of the slots. ^Celina

QuestionI have Samsung j550 soundbar that I used with my previous Samsung tv. For some reason my new TU8000 doesn’t find it when It’s scanning for Bluetooth devices. I’ve tried it a dozen times with no success. Any suggestions.

QuestionOn model #UN65TU8000FXZA - Does the Alexa work as a normal echo dot Alexa? Does the TV have to be on for the built-in Alexa to respond to commands?

- Answer Hi Steve! Yes, Alexa built in would act and have the same functionality as a standard Echo Dot. The TV does have to be turned on to take advantage of the benefits. The TU8000 does not include the far field remote, and you will have to initiate Alexa with the button. ^Gina

- Answer Hi Randy! The TU8000 includes both HDMI and Optical ports as well as Bluetooth connectivity; as long as your JBL Soundbar has any of these inputs, you can connect it to your TV with no issue! ^Gina

You can view media from different sources, such as an app, Blu-ray player, or game console, on the main left screen while also mirroring your phone to the smaller screen. QuestionI want to buy a TV I am looking at the 65” TU8000 Chrystal Samsung. Does it have a glare when the sun comes into the room or during the daytime when the sun is out?

- Answer I do not get direct sunlight hitting the TV, but I do notice a reflection from the window blinds when it is bright outside. Once I close the blinds, I do not notice any reflection.

- Answer We have a small 1200 SQ ft house with a modest sized living/dining room. If you're asking about the view, for is if you're in the living area it's like being in the front rows at the movies. If we're at the back of the room, maybe 20-25', it's still a big picture.
