• Yes it does there is actually a feature where if your console/PC is connected to it and you turn it on the TV will also turn on aswell

• Adam, The HDMI Maximum Input Rate is 4K 60Hz (for HDMI 1/2/3). The DU6900 TV does have a game mode. ~Samsung Pro
