You need to setup each device with the TV remote and it should work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.CEC works well though sometimes it's a bit aggressive at time switching inputs when say you want to change a DVD while watching something else. If you're using a receiver try sticking with HDMI 4 but this shouldn't be needed. CEC needs to be active in a receiver though. I have controlled my receiver volume with the TV remote through CEC. If I turn on by Blu-ray player it switches the receiver input and the TV switches to the right input. Roku and Fire TV also worked whether hooked to the TV or receiver. CEC should be on in the TV but also on the components. Hit Samsung up at @SamsungSupport on twitter or call them toll free for help. If you have a receiver or sound bar then ARC works very well with CEC.
