• A:Answer You just have to download the individual app for the program you're trying to use. i have all Netflix, youtube, and hulu on mine plus a host of other apps. It's really easy to navigate too so once you're connected to internet the downloads should be easy.

Q: QuestionThis would be our first digital tv. (We have Dish satellite, so we've been using our old sets). If we purchase the premium setup where they come out and put the tv on the wall and hook up Dish, satellite, DVR, what else will we need to order online?

The dish should take advantage of the new set or you may contact your provider for a box update, You may have to replace your dvr for one that will take advantage of your new tv and the best image. Not knowing about your internet access you may do some research to access the rest of what the tv has to offer.

• A:Answer The hollow tubing with the peel-n-stick backing called "Wiremold" routes a pair of 3 foot USB and HDMI Male<-> Female extension cords downward and handy, right where you need them. Some day when the extension sockets have worn out, it's just the cord you replace, not the whole backside of the TV.

• A:Answer I compared them in the store. The 7 series does have a much brighter screen and is a little more vivid. The sales associate did say it had a faster processor but to me that didnt matter. I personally dont like TVs that are super bright so this was my choice of product and the price beat all others.
