- Answer Yes it does. And many other formats as well. MOV I’m actually not 100% sure on though.

- Answer No, Samsung does not offer OLED TV, at least at this time. They offer a technology they call QLED, on their top-of-the-line sets, which, they claim is comparable to OLED technology, although it is not the same technology as OLED. Currently, only LG and now Sony offer OLED TVs.

Questioni am trying to connect bose auxiliary speakers to it with a optical converter cable. Cable tv sound works just fine but if I try to use Amazon or anything else, the sound will not go through. Should I return the tv? is there anything I can do??

- Answer Some internet applications can not be used thru an AUX cable. Your normal tv should work or maybe even Netflix. But if you look in the back there its a very small hole to plug a square shape plug into. That is for sound bars.

- Answer different vendors like sams club costco bestbuy will receive different model numbers that is why you see last few numbers letters added.

- Answer Samsung TVs have traditionally had a highly reflective screen. If reflection is an issue with you, I strongly suggest you visit a Best Buy store in person, and see it the screen is objectionable to you. It's better to see it in person before buying, than to buy it sight unseen, and then find out it's not to your liking, and then have to go through all the trouble to return the set.

QuestionHow long is the one connect cable? My connections originate in a cabinet next to a fireplace mount with a through the wall conduit. I think that I need about 10 feet to reach. If it is not long enough are there solutions to this problem?

- Answer You definately do not have 10 feet for the one connect. It will sit behind the TV.

- Answer You would have to use a ceiling mounted bracket, if the brick is real; however, faux brick a wall mounted bracket would work.

Questionwhile using the factory legs as dont want to wall mount, what is the height clearance? Wonder is the sonos playbar would nicely tuck under ? width I know im good as leg width is 38" & bar is 35" sonos playbar is 5.5" tall.....

- Answer Aftermarket remote units, even the top end units may not have programming functions that may control certain obscure proprietary functions of certain TVs. For complete compatibility, you may need to get the proper factory remote that came with your set

QuestionWhat is the width and height of this TV

- Answer 32 5/8"x 57" without legs. Legs are 3 1/2" tall. TV is about 2" deep at widest point (it's hard for me to measure this), and the legs are about 11" wide. You can use it without the legs if you have a mount, but if you are using legs, be aware they stick out about 5" from front of TV.

- Answer I have the same set up! Our living room is very big and open, however I am pleasantly surprised with picture quality of this M8000 series. It is very bright and we did not face any issue.

QuestionHow do I get my 8 serious to not always be in 16:9 format when I click on it in settings it says function not available. It's greyed out in the setting menu. very frustrating as my old tv I could adjust to get rid of the ridiculous oversized widescreen

- Answer I don’t think I’m doing much help, but yes, the picture size setting is set at 16:9. I can’t change it as well, but picture mode does help me to find something that can somewhat solve the problem.
