“i have a new 65" samsung un65nu6070fxza 2160p tv and when watching full screen shows there is a line of white flickering dots about 8"long at the bottom right edge. it does not do this on panoramic movies. is this a defect?”

I’m sure it’s a defect because my tv doesn’t do that.
