“Does this tv have true HDR or is it just HDR compatible?”

• im personally not sure if it's TRUE HDR, but my xbox one x says it is! well, after turning the feature on in the TV settings. you need to turn the HDR for a specific hdmi port in the general settings.

• Its not true hdr. For a TV to show true hdr it needs on the low end 800 nits of brightness with better hdr over 1000+. Honestly anything lower is a scam by TV manufacturers if they claim hdr. Hdr on low end TVs can often have the opposite effect and make the image quality worse.
