Yes. There are many mounting options depending on how much movement you need. This particular TV-while it’s a great TV-has a somewhat flimsy stand. We haven’t wall-,punted our TV yet but we plan to.

Yes, you absolutely can. The back is ever so slightly tapered so make sure to use the included spacers that come with just about every TV mount kit. I liked the Sanus slim mounts, kept it closer to the wall and more sleek looking. It uses a 400 x 400 VESA mount.
