• No, the stand is not adjustable up or down. It comes in two pieces and is put together with 4 screws and is mounted to the tv with 4 screws. It is fixed in placed; if you need to adjust the height, it will be necessary to either wall mount or build a box sturdy and large enough to support the weight of the tv safely.
