I have a similar situation. My AT&T Internet speed is too slow so I'm one notch below 4K but Reception and picture quality are excellent. You probably need a faster Internet speed too.

We have the same TV and we have DirecTV with the Genie 2 system and that system hesitates at least once or twice a day during live TV on just about any TV in our home. In our case it is not the TV, but the TV providers equipment or signal. Hope that helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.bring it back ASAP and just get another , it is not worth the risk of a bad component. even with an older HDMI cable you would only loose some video quality. not have image freezing problems
