Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I asked the best buy sales rep the aame question because i wanted to put my own photos in ambient mode. He sent me the following steps that helped me. (Fyi i have iphone and a q8f) Step 1: Have the Samsung Smart Things app and Amazon Prime Photos app downloaded onto your phone. Step 2: However you need to do it (I.E: Using the flash drive) Upload your landscape photos onto Prime Photos. Step 3: Download all of the landscaping photos you wanted onto the gallery of your phone from the Prime Photos app you downloaded on your phone. Step 4: Open up Smart Things app on your phone and go to the ambient mode section (See link for visual details) Step 5: Go into the photo section of ambient mode on your phone, and there will be a choice to select "Make my own," from there you can upload your own photos that are downloaded directly on the phone and onto ambient mode. Step 6: Enjoy! Those scenes will now become the photos on ambient mode for your TV! Hope you folks enjoy! As always, it has been an absolute pleasure working with you!
