Nah. It is an amazingly bright TV and first thing in the morning, it can be a little bright until your eyes adjust, but I prefer to watch it with the lights off in the evening. I've got a Samsung 4k player that upscales and rewatching some Blue Ray's is amazing. Avatar came out ten years ago but blew my mind when I watched it on this TV. Also, Call of Duty WWII on PS4 Pro looks insanely good.

In a brightly lit room, it does an outstanding job of providing a sharp picture that is not washed away. It also provides little reflection from the sunlight. All in all, it is the best picture I have ever seen.
