QuestionI unboxed this Q70t yesterday and I did not see a screen film that you would normally remove after removing the left & right sticky foam. Was it supposed to have a screen film? I see that the Q80t & Q90t both come with a screen film one must remove.

- Answer Hi Doug, If your TV is automatically dimming as the room gets darker and you don't want it to, try this: Home > Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection > Off. Thanks! ^Scott

QuestionI'm buying this + a series x next week. My first 4k tv. Any issues I should know about? I also have a 4k firestick already. Will it matter which ports are used to get full 4k and 120 hz for both? Won't be using built in apps or wifi.

- Answer You shouldn't have any issues. The first thing I would do is check for updates and make sure your software is up to date. It comes with a hdmi port that is optimized for gaming, but the rest of the ports should be able to handle 4k without a problem. I have my ps5 on the game port and my firestick on a regular port and I can't tell the difference when I play movies or shows on either device. Congrats on your first 4k

QuestionWhat is the storage capacity for this TV with regards downloaded applications? I have a Samsung 50" now that's only 4 years old and I suddenly ran out of space even though I have not downloaded any more apps in the past few months.

- Answer It seems to be about 4 GB. When is checked it had a little more than 2.54 GB used, about 1.28 GB free. I was able to delete some apps which brought it to 2.54 GB, but it appears than some apps can't be deleted, like Netflix, Hulu etc.

- Answer Yes it is a power button on tv to answer your question Personally I would consider a universal Samsung remote if i lost or damaged problem solved best buy has them usually very easy to use normally pretty cheap.

QuestionFor the 75Q70T, which HDMI cable do I need to buy to connect the Satellite Tv Box (Dish) ? I heard that HDMI 2.1 is great when connecting only a PS5 or an XBox ,because no other equipment has or need that type of cable. Is this true?

- Answer I would purchase the HDMI 2.1. Yes it’s great with the Xbox X series, but it still does improve the picture quality too. Though there’s not a lot of shows or movies that requiring that level of clarity, but eventually it will. But is all up to you and your preferences and how you use your tv the most. Good luck!

QuestionI have seen reviewers note that wired internet should be used instead of wireless internet with the Q70. Why is that? If I only have wireless internet, should I select a different TV?

QuestionCan you tell me how far from the outside edges of the tv the stands are located. The top of my entertainment center is 50”, the width of the TV is 57.1”. I need to make sure the stands will fit on the top of my center. Thank you!

QuestionI unboxed this Q70t yesterday and I noticed that after removing the two sticky tabs on both the left and right side of the screen that there was no screen film to remove on the tv itself. On youtube I see that the q80t & q90t had a screen film.

- Answer Hi Richie370zie! Some TVs may include a film on the screen, while others may not. If there is a protective film on your screen, it will be indicated with a large blue triangle in the upper left corner. The triangle will have an illustration showing how to remove the protective film. If you do not have a blue triangle in the upper left corner, then that means there is no protective film on the screen, so please do not try to peel off anything. You will damage what is actually the screen. ^Tim
