• A:Answer It’s evidently rechargeable with C port. Mine did not come with power cord, I’ve had tv for 10 months and it’s just starting to run low. Not happy there is no power cord to recharge as it is not advertised that it needs to be recharged by means other than solar.

• A:Answer I just got this TV on Sunday. It's a defect in the firmware or the board. Call Samsung support and order a technician for an in home visit. I read about this after wasting hours doing resets and trying to use the external drive.
