“I’m interested in this TV for viewing only - I’m not a gamer. What style of 65 inch TV do you recommend? Do I need to spend this much money? I honestly don’t know the difference.”

I just purchased the Samsung 65" Q90R and must say it's picture is unbelievable !!! I too only watch movies and they almost look 3D compared to my old TV. One reason I picked this model was because it had the brightest picture, 2000 nits. My last TV was unwatchable during the day but this one has an awesome picture even in the brightest of daylight and no glare. It's remarkable the improvements in technology, you won't regret this Samsung TV if you decide to purchase it.

I’am very impressive so far with its picture quality along with all the features & benefits it has built in & comes with. I did get a Samsung Soundbar for it & the two work together perfectly . The one box connect is a really clean setup even if you wall mount or don’t, I did not . The tv stand it comes with is very nice looking, sturdy & well built . It took me a year & a half to finally make the purchase. I had a 55 Inch Samsung led for over 12 yrs, it was finally starting to show its age . Also, I’am not a gamer. I use it to enjoy certain live sporting events, movies and shows . I chose that size for the quality instead of bigger size with lesser quality. I look at the tv purchase as an investment long term, for me on this one I have to say, “it’s true you do pay for what you get” . Get the size and tv that best suits you. I do have have to say one thing, Samsung definitely knocked it out of the park with this model! Also, please keep in mind looking at a tv in a 60,000-70,000 square foot warehouse is not the same as your home. Hope this helps, best of luck on your decision no regrets on this one yet !

Please try again later.I would recommend this TV if you have a bright room(medium to large amounts of natural light) this TV (Samsung Q90R) has great anti glare technology on the screen. Produces excellent bright and vibrant colors. And not to mention it is incredibly easy to set up and use.
