No, The Samsung Q90T Series of TV's do NOT have the separate One Connect Box.

Samsung sucks for getting rid of OneConnect. This was the feature that led me to only purchase Samsung TVs in the past. Now I'm considering the Sony X900/X950 TVs for my next purchase. Comparable-priced Sony's X series sets are widely reviewed as a superior to the Samsung TVs.
