• Hello tweety, Yes, you can have a Bluetooth headphone connected and still have audio playing in separate source. Yes the 65Q90T does have HDMI eARC. ^Cristian

• Yes, eARC is supported thru HDMI 3 port, also, you can hook it through Bluetooth if you have a wireless headset. Once you set the sound out to other than TV speakers, TV will be muted and send all sound to your external device
