Do I need to purchase a sound bar? null

Standard speaker in TV. Is okay. I would definitely purchase the sound bar and sub woofer if you want full effect of the large size screen

Absolutely. The subwoofer kicks it. Think also about adding the wireless surround sound speakers. You will not regret it.
