“Can the One Connect Box be installed on the other side of the wall and the remote still work( we don’t want to have the Box visible)?”

Hi Chris - The One Connect Box does not need to be visible to use The Frame TV's remote properly. Please also keep in mind the included One Connect cable is not rated for in-wall installation. An in-wall rated One Connect cable for the 2021 models is not available yet, but we are working to make this product available as soon as possible.
