Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between the "Partial Sun" and "Full Sun" - our lanai (Southwest Florida) is in the shade in the morning and full sun in the afternoon - which type would be suggested?

• A:Answer Our lanai is covered and faces west, however the tv which is mounted on a wall facing south, gets sun in the afternoon. The picure is still incredible when it has the sun shining directly on it.

Q: QuestionI purchased the 65” terrace and I’m going to mount it under a big tree on a in ground stand. I just noticed that in the morning until around 10-11 am the sun does hit that area. It won’t be in use during those times, can it be covered and still be ok?

The TV can be partially exposed to ambient or non-direct sunlight, but direct sunlight should always be avoided. • A:Answer Just warning you, Best Buy or Samsung will not be helpful at all if there is physical damage on your TV. None of the warranties or extra coverage you buy will be helpful. We bought this TV from Best Buy and was sold all the protection and in less than a year, there is a crack on the screen. Best Buy is the worst as they didn't tell me the coverage excluded physical damage.
