This has not let me down yet and it works for dvd/bluray players also. Other then that just going to the manufacturer but typically they are expensive and take a long time. For amazon, its usually 1 day to a week and about 10-20 dollars and 20 is really expensive I havent had to buy this remote yet. The 2019 remote works for both and it has more buttons.
