“Not drying the clothes properly Question: My drying light is on, but my cooling light is illuminated as well. The manual states, this is normal towards the end of the drying cycle..........but, my cooling light remains on from start to finish, which means my dryer never quite gets warm enought to dry! I need some solutions on how to get this corrected.”

you might have a bad sensor???

Please make sure it's connected to a sufficient power supply (240V/60 Hz/30 amps) and the temperature is set on an appropriately hot setting.
